Staff were incredibly compassionate and kind. Understanding folk that helped me personally during my stay. Weve always loved this park. Kid friendly. Super dog friendly with private fenced play area, and staff are amazing if you have an issues whatsoever. Thank you crystal brook.Service: 5/5
We stayed in an onsite cabin for $149 a night, with our two toy poodles. The cabin was clean and well equipped. The heating worked well, good shower and comfortable bed. The site is well maintained with plenty of staff around. It is close to bus lines and next to beautiful walking tracks - especially good if travelling with dogs. There is a good playground for those travelling with kids. The lovely town of Warrandyte is close by.
OK park, nice and quiet, amenities were clean but sites are on gravel rock with very awkward sizing. However we had to leave due to a change of plans out of our control, so we did the right thing and let them know we couldn't stay the lastnight that we had already paid for and the response we got from the very rude lady at the front desk when we asked if a refund was possible was "not our problem if you choose to leave early so no" I wouldn't recommend this park but unfortunately there aren't many choices in the area. The front garden is the only pretty part in the park and we did have a nice experience with the front desk lady when we first arrived but unfortunately our stay ended with one rude lady but ah well can't win them all.
This is an absolutely fabulous campsite for families. So much for kids to do. Beautiful location. Had a giant jumping pillow surrounded by sand too! Camp kitchen and dining area were great and modern. Bathrooms were nice, but a bit awkward to access. Did have a low kids toilet. Though the sink wasn't low. Price was on the higher end for a powered site at $65 per night for 2 people. Overall I would definitely camp here again if I ever pass that way again.
Great place, amenities are clean and immaculate. Dog friendly, excellent pool and camp kitchen. Suggestion for the park, should be able recycling bins available. In this era, when environmental responsibility is essential for the future.
Hi just had 2days at this lovely park with a girls weekend all was great it was hot while we were there so we used the pool a lot . The pools only railing is very unsafe it seems it’s going to give way out of the ground very rickety and super dangerous my friend nearly fell back into the water This must be addressed asap or there is going to be a serious accident. We had a wonderful stay in our caravan in a lovely setting with well kept amenities. At the end of our stay we had difficulty with the retraction of our electric awning. I have to commend Bret for the help he provided us in solving the problem. He spent 2 hours resolving the problem and at all times made us feel comfortable about spending his personal time resolving our issue. Thank you! Allan
I am giving this place a 3 gold star rating solely because of the receptionist Bret who answered the phone. He was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He patiently explained everything to me and I even chose to extend my stay due to his nature. However the owner is a rude grumpy woman who refused to book my friends in and I was tempted to give this place a 1 star. Because of her horrid attitude my friends booked elsewhere. This immediately prompted me to shorten my booking at crystal brook and book at the same place as my friends. In doing so I struck the owner who couldn’t care less she lost my booking. I will never book here again.
Excellent pet friendly accommodation. It’s a beautiful place, laid back and has all the extras. Highly recommend and will be returning again. Thankyou Crystal Brook Nearby activities: Dog park and the river right out front was the winner for us!
Great place to camp while visiting Melbourne. Leafy and well set out. Pool, camp kitchen, games room and jumping pillow. Great walks and bike tracks. Coffee cart every morning. Great cafe, nursery and BMX course across the road.Service: 5/5
