We were needing a place to stay while attending a funeral in Eltham area. This was perfect. Clean and tidy park with great facilities and amenities. Comfortable beds. Great showers. Perfectly adequate a/c. Wifi not great, except in camp kitchen where it works fine.Rooms: 4/5
OK park, nice and quiet, amenities were clean but sites are on gravel rock with very awkward sizing. However we had to leave due to a change of plans out of our control, so we did the right thing and let them know we couldn't stay the lastnight that we had already paid for and the response we got from the very rude lady at the front desk when we asked if a refund was possible was "not our problem if you choose to leave early so no" I wouldn't recommend this park but unfortunately there aren't many choices in the area. The front garden is the only pretty part in the park and we did have a nice experience with the front desk lady when we first arrived but unfortunately our stay ended with one rude lady but ah well can't win them all.
Great place with easy access to walking and cycle trails. Lovely friendly staff. Could do with a dog wash pay machine for muddy pups and an extractor fan in the larger ablution block. Nice and clean otherwise.
Great place, amenities are clean and immaculate. Dog friendly, excellent pool and camp kitchen. Suggestion for the park, should be able recycling bins available. In this era, when environmental responsibility is essential for the future.
We booked the pet friendly cabin and it smelt like a dog kennel. There was dog poo at the front steps and the carpet was wet from trying to get the smell out from the previous guests. Management was terrible to deal with and would not consider any refund based on the state of the cabin. I also contacted G’Day parks and they were no help either. Terrible park and management.
Helpful and friendly owners lovely well kept facilities and they even have a park fenced to let your dogs off to have a play close to the bus stop to go to the city and you wake up to the sound of beautiful birds not traffic great place
Would absolutely recommend. Beautiful slice of nature so close to all amenities. Excellent cabin & facilities. Super friendly & kind hosts.
Had to find a place for myself and two dogs and so happy to find Crystal Brook!, overnight stay, great staff lovely cabin, clean , heater was put on so nice and warm by the time I got there which was lovely, beautiful spot surrounded by gum trees and bird life, also designated doggies play area, highly recommended,Rooms: 5/5
Really nice park with clean amenities and facilities. Would highly recommend if staying in Melbourne.
Peaceful tourist park in a beautiful setting. Perfect for camper trailers and need a powered site to park. Unfortunately the cabin we stayed in was run down and probably hasn't been updated/repaired for years. It took us days to get hold of someone just to book the cabin. Lift your game. You are in a beautiful setting... your cabins are dismal and outdated... especially the bathroom.
