Glad we decided to use this tour company over the others. The bus was comfortable, the guide was funny and informative, everything ran on schedule, and we followed the same route as all the other tour companies. We made the right number of stops for food, pictures, and bathroom breaks. The boat was only at 50% which left plenty of room to stand, sit, and eat. I will note that our boat had smaller windows, so sitting inside had slightly obstructed views; this view was easily resolved by going outside. The fish n' chips were quite enjoyable.

Professional, punctual, super-informative and helpful, mixed with that special brand of Kiwi friendliness and hospitality. We were picked up and dropped off at the start and end of the Routeburn, and took the Milford cruise on the way back. So enjoyable and comfortable for our whole family. Huge thanks to Bevan, our guide, for sharing so much local info, and for seeing to it that our dirty smelly wet and hungry family were well fed and welcomed on the trip back to Queenstown. :)

We did not go with Go Orange Milford Sound tour, and unfortunately joined another one which was more expensive with very expensive optional cold lunches that subcontracted out the coach service to Go Orange. The only good thing about the tour we joined was the spectacular scenery and the Go Orange driver. We had a great driver with super attitude, gave good small talks to intro us along the scenic drive, was very responsive for trying to keep up the time, and safe driving. Would definitely try Go Orange if we ever need to join tours here again.

Amazing experience on our Go Orange tour. From our amazing guide Nija (I think that is how you spell her name) to the bus ride to the cruise, everything was perfect. The commentaries on both the bus and the cruises were great and the chance to see dolphins swimming in the wild is one that I will never forget. Highly recommend this tour experience

Just got back from an amazing day trip to Milford Sound. Picked up early by a fantastically knowledgeable bus driver Kieron. Full of interesting information, history and great photo stops. The boat trip was also awesome with great comentary and views. The dolphins were spectacular and a pleasant surprise. One of the best days out I've had for a long time. Thank you to the team who puts it together. Highly recommend.
