Came during a busy tourist week with no car booking in advance, amazing customer service and bartering on our behalf to get a car booking at short notice and reasonable price! With a sense of humour on the side :
Walked in to I site to ask where the free camp for Self C RVs was & the Asian girl was so sour to us. This is after spending $700 of bunge, zip line, food, shopping & more. Not impressed at all!
In January, we arrived in Queenstown on the ferry from Mt Nicolas Station after biking the Around the Mountain Trail with our 3 children. We were a couple days earlier than we planned, and keen to book some excursions but didn't have a lot of time. So we left our bikes at the camp ground and rushed down to the I-Site before it closed. We were greeted by Sandy who was bubbly, super friendly and very keen to help. She listened carefully and was very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to look for and where to find us the most suitable options for our family. Before we knew it, she'd booked us a rental car as well as our excursions. All were cheaper than we'd anticipated, which was fantastic as we were travelling on a very tight budget. Nothing was too difficult and she made everything super easy. We can't thank her enough and would certainly recommend visiting the Queenstown I-site to book local excursions. Sandy saved us a lot of time as well as money.
Would definitely recommend isite Queenstown. Ms. Shalaka helped us sort our day even though she had to stay overtime for us. Loved being there coz of the super supportive staff.
Wonderful staff. Very intelligent and informative. Booked me for my tours, InterCity Hour pass and Tickets, always when I visited them. Blessings

Didn't help or make a conversation at all. So we went next door to Happy Travels and booked up our entire week no problem at all.
