My partner booked river boarding for us with Everything Queenstown 3 days in advance. He received a call the next day to confirm the booking and to say they had received our payment. Less than 24 hours before our river boarding they called and said it was fully booked and we could either reschedule or get a refund. We were unable to reschedule so they tried to get an extra guide to come in so we could still go. Unfortunately no guides were available so they offered us a discount.
Everything Travel Group took payment for a Kayak tour which it turns out was fully booked. They communicated this to me and refunded the money quickly however they refunded me about £4 less than what I paid them.
Had a great experience booking my tours through everything travel group for my first visit to New Zealand! I booked my Milford Sound Overnight Cruise Tour through them, unfortunately the operator did not have a driver for us two days before... the team quickly contacted me and helped me to make arrangements with the tour operator - we even got an upgrade to doubtful sound overnight cruise! My family had a great time on the cruise and we appreciate all the help that your team has rendered us. Thank you! - Winnie
