My sister and I walked into Peter Pan 5 minutes before closing time and was greeted by Laura. She stayed open later than necessary just to help us book what we wanted. She answered all of our million questions and booked us on all of the best activities in Queenstown. We LOVED all of our excursions and she even went on one with us! Talk about customer service. Definitely recommending to a friend or two.
Popped into Peterpans before we left Queenstown looking for so advice and ideas on what to do in Auckland. We were met by Charlotte. She was super friendly and professional. She had great knowledge of the area and the best trips suited for us. She booked the Hobbiton for us which was such an amazing experience. She made it so simple and stress free! Would defiantly recommend calling in to see her!
We did the Awesome NZ Milford sound coach and cruise, it was great!! Charlotte, our rep at Peter Pans, knew all about every single tour they offer and so as able to give us the best option for our budget and it exceeded our expectations! Had the best experience with Laura from Peterpans in Queenstown! She customized my east coast trip for Australia exactly how I wanted it to be for a way lower price than the other travel agency’s I’ve been to. Arrived to Queenstown completely on my own and the team were so nice and welcoming! They invited me to their party nights so that I could meet more backpackers, as there didnt seem to be a lot round town. This meant I met loads of people which made my experience in Queenstown even more incredible. I dealt directly Charlie and Katie in the shop. They got me some really good deals on all the local activities and helped plan my full New Zealand trip round the North and South Island. I was approached by a few different travel agents while in town, but Peterpans werent pushy, unlike some of the others... I would highly recommend Peterpans to anyone traveling New Zealand and Australia. They truly are the experts in travel. Thanks so much guys : :
I came to Queenstown with no idea what to expect and not knowing anyone, and was somewhat nervous to go to a travel agency as one of the other agencies in Queenstown had tried to sell me blatantly overpriced experiences. When I came to Peter Pans they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and were very transparent with everything and all the different offers and prices I could find. I left with such great discounts on everything, and special shout out to Sabina for making me feel right at home and being friendly and super helpful! I’m going back to them when I want to travel Aus!
We popped into Peterpans to get some ideas of what to do in Australia as that was our next destination after Queenstown. Sabina not only gave us advice about activities but also booked them, as well as help us book our greyhound bus and move some of our hotels around so we could optimise our trip. My husband and I are both very excited about what we have lined up in Australia. Thank you Sabina!
Soooo went on a recent family travel trip.. me my mum and sister. We started in Queenstown and had no idea what to do around the south and north island so went into Peterson’s where we were greated by Laura. She was absolutely amazing!! She helped us with the start of our trip, then as we were travelling around we were in contact with her via email where she did all our bookings for us. If it wasn’t for Laura helping us we wouldn’t have seen or done half the things we did. We really want to say thanks so much for everything we had a wonderful trip and it was all down to you.. 100% recommend her to everyone!!
I was so worried about getting all the activities done that I wanted when I got to Queenstown and went to Peterpans as I was recommended from a restaurant. This has got to be the most professional and helpful place I have been while traveling. The girls in there were superb, really helpful and made mine and my girlfriends experience here so rememberable. The best thing is that we were also able to book stuff on the East Coast of Australia as that was our next destination. Thank you so much!
When booking my East Coast of Australia trip I had no idea where to begin however, after being recommended Peter Pans by a friend they did not disappoint. The lovely Laura from the Queenstown office created a trip that was truly unique and personal considering my tight budget. I was able to experience amazing execuraions to the Great Barrier Reef and the amazing daintree rainforest. I also had the time of my life experiencing Island life on Fraser and the iconic whitsundays. I truly cannot thank Peter Pans with a special mention to Laura enough for creating the best trip ever!
