We did this on our first day in Queenstown and we would've under appreciated the exceptional level of customer service the staff gave as we kind of expected it as the standard. After going to other activities it really stood out at how above and beyond the staff go here. The staff are enthusiastic at every point and are living for every bit of banter they can engage in. The fox and the swing are unique exciting activities that you should definitely do regardless with how scared you are. If you appear too confident the staff try to psyche you out a bit, which is part of the thrill, but if you're less comfortable they ease you into it. Such a fun activity. Such a beautiful location. 10/10 best staff in Queenstown.

This is seriously a thrilling and adventurous one. We did both the swing and fox. It was a good. Initially we were scared but when we went here , we were convinced and decided to jump. They have a shuttle from their office at Queenstown to canyon, and from there you got to walk for 500metres, this was hard. Try this and don't miss it. What else can you do the adrenaline capital of the world!

Man oh man, what a blast! The staff at this place are epic, so much fun and very friendly. For a newer attraction they are definitely running a very tight ship. This is allot of fun, get ready for a short walk up a hill! If I had one suggestion, it would be to get the videos set up a little better for the canyon fox, the pictures are alright, but a video would be awesome.

I did the big jump canyon swing. It was amazing. The staff was excellent. Go there to get sensational experience!!
