Fugazza is an authentic Italian focaccia bar in Melbourne.

Story

At Fugazza we draw inspiration from celebrating a rich Italian food and coffee heritage, some of which has been forgotten since the first wave of Italian migrants arrived in Australia almost a century ago.

We are reintroducing authentic focaccia to Melbourne – handmade with quality produce and based on timeless recipes. We also offer soup, salad and frittata all of which can be mixed and matched to create a perfectly balanced meal.

Our coffee, Fugazza Caffe is carefully blended and small batch roasted by us in a traditional Italian style. We use vintage Gaggia machines that are tried and true in delivering outstanding consistency and flavour.

Whether you visit us in Equitable Place, or line up by our van at a festival, you will find that attention to detail, authenticity and quality underpin all aspects of the Fugazza approach.
