Located at the rear of 360 Little Collins Street, the Commercial Bakery was opened in April 2007 with a vision of becoming Melbourne’s first artisan bakery located in the CBD.
Emilia opened in mid 2015 in the space previously home to Gills Diner. The Gills team, joined by Francesco, Luca and Matteo, bring you traditional italian cuisine focused on seasonal produce and quality ingredients. Hailing from Modena, the boys in the kitchen create delicious rustic food inspired by the cuisine of their home in Emilia Romagna.
