shame i cant leave 0 your supposed “store manager” and another worker with brown hair delivered disgusting customer service. I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes and i had my receipt but they told me because i don’t have a box i couldn’t as it was “policy”, and i understand this. however didn’t see the need for them to come across so aggressive, rude, basically yelling at me? provided no alternative for me as a customer and had no remorse. simply didn’t want to give me the one of the day. had no intention to help me out. what sort of store manager are you? and teaching the other staff to be the same, seems like you need to teach these staff some basic, caring customer service! never experienced this sort of disgusting service in my life. will be making sure i never come here again and i’ll be taking this to head office!!
The guy that helped my young daughter today at watergardens shopping centre was extremely patient and amazing unfortunately didn'tgethis name, showing her all the options she can get on the computer. Advising her and educating her regarding the fit and comfort of her shoe and what to expect when first wearing them. Highly recommend the shop and staff that work as a team. As for the stock, they had a decent selection with a range of prices.
Sometimes the staff can be a little uninterested to serve you, a little bit lazy. Sort of like the staff at a McDonalds restaurant, they don't care much about the business, if it fails or not.
Rude staff Dont care about customers and their enquiries. If thats their attitude then i too can go and spend my money where they care for customer.

Best footlocker I’ve ever been to in my entire life. So much better than platypus and athletes foot which don’t even compare. Foot locker watergardens consistently provides the best service and my feet are very satisfied. The products? Amazing. The service? Impeccable. The staff? Sexy. I will definitely be returning.
This shop can get very busy at times which is a good thing of course. They are friendly and helpful in spite of all the chaos. They have a great range of products for everyone, big and small. Thank you
Recently visited this Footlocker, and i have to say, the customer service is top notch. Friendly and helpful staff, greeting customers and having conversation and not being robots. Didn't catch the names of these two, but the two small asian dudes were very helpful, knowledgable and fun. Overall great experience, and will definitely be returning.
Great customer service! Billy and the guy with the curly hair I didn’t catch his name has great customer service and are very helpful. They both were really positive and seemed to really engage with us and other customers. Will be back!
Good friendly staff nice clean atmosphere just little expensive, can get the same goods/products runners cheaper elsewhere,other than that nice place always be sure to ask for a better price or discount.
