I went to Williams yesterday to purchase my teenager a new pair of school shoes. The shop was quite busy, however I was served by a lady named Jye, she was so amazing and unbelievably polite. She took the time to measure his feet, explain the difference between brands, tried numerous shoes and really ensure we bought the correct fit and comfort. Credit to her, it's best shopping experience I've had there!

Wonderful service...the Manager served me and knew exactly what I wanted. I bought 2 pairs of boots. The second pair half price. The boots I wanted didn't fit properly; but I found 2 very comfortable and good looking pairs without much trouble at all.

Awesome collection of footwear!! I really enjoy the sneakers from Blowfish.
