My partner went to this store today to exchange a pair of shoes that I had purchased him as a gift that were one size too big, he had the receipt but not the box. The manger was extremely rude and dismissive and said he couldn’t exchange without the box. My partner said he was happy to take the new shoes without a box, leaving a box for the exchanged shoes but the manager just flat out refused and was so rude about it!! He wouldn’t give him the time of day. So now we’re stuck with a $110 pair of shoes that we cannot do anything with over a box! Obviously I’ve now put in a formal complaint to head office. I will never shop in any of these stores again. I can get the same shoes in a million other stores anyway with far better service.

I went into the store to find a specific pair of shoes, unfortunately this store didn’t stock it but the gentleman that served me the receipt says “Korey” was extremely helpful and ordered the shoes in for me, couldn’t have received better service from anyone, I will defiantly be back 🙂
