Good range of cheap footware

I bought 2 pairs of hush puppies shoes from the shop and i paid $109 and $39 on 18/4/17. They both had an issue with their leather . Went yesterday 14/7and i was told by a lady staff that she has to talk to her manager first and she was very kind to us. Herself and the other gentleman colleague. Today we went to their other shop in Essendon fields where i found her and she was totally different, she did not reapect us at all, very loud and claiming she does not understand what i am saying. I have told her i am talking English and u were totally different yesterday when we talked to you. after arguing with us , and taken our details , she said loud the phone number she has taken wrong and when i asked to correct it , she said that is the number she has noted down. I was very upset with that poor quality of a conversation and she spoke to a customer about us and made the lady saying to me that she is very disgraced. This is very unacceptable and she will have to apologise about causing that distress as this is unacceptable behaviour. They have taken our details after asking to talk to someone else, which luckily was the shop manager. That issue has to be resolved in the best outcome and i am looking forward to that.
