The results I’ve achieved at fkit in two months are more then I ever got from 2 and a half years at f45. Every class is different always mixed up so never repeative. As it’s small classes it honestly feels like a personal training session. Each trainer makes sure you are doing the correct movements and they really do care your not just another number to them!  My arms and stomach are the most toned they have ever been and I’m also the skinniest I’ve been in 5 years. I’ve never trained somewhere which focuses on all body not like some places which make you do lunges and squats repeatedly. Also did I mention I can box now and love it! I’m so confident and proud of my results which makes me excited so to wake up each morning to go to training. I can not wait to see my fitness level and body in the next few months!! Honestly you would be silly not to train here!!

You guys are brilliant!! Halfway through my first two week trial and I'm absolutely loving it. Great range of classes, brilliant trainers and a kickass smoothie bar to boot. Disrupting fitness in the best way!!

Really awesome new concept. With so many different hiit fitness places opening up these days, F*IT have really managed to do something a little bit different to the rest. Thoroughly enjoy their challenging sessions! The trainers are really friendly and Really assist with technique etc. Also the small group sizing is awesome! Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something different to change up your routine and also after a challenge.

F*IT is amazing! Always a great workout, Jess and the team are true professionals!  The sessions are always different and give a full body workout to some great music. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new gym experience!

I live around the corner from this gym, and it is driving me crazy! Music is pumping loudly before 6 am EVERY morning and after 9pm EVERY NIGHT! It is so loud it makes my porch roof SHAKE, scares my dogs and wakes me up! Can you please be more considerate of your neighbours during week days and turn the extremely loud dance music down a notch at these ridiculous hours?! I'm sure I am not the only local with this experience.
