After installing solar panels Ergon quoted us to connect the solar $369.00 for the digital meter required for connection $204 to remove the old control mode (already disconnected) and a month wait period for works to be carried out after saying it would be 5-14 days... Poor service really poor service!

Does paying an arm and a leg for power not entitle you to service...We have only been back 'on grid' for a few months and I cannot tell you how many times we have lost power...What are you spending all of our money on, because it sure as hell doesnt look like you put it back into service provision...You suck Ergon...

I wanted to disconnect this service as I moved out. I asked Ergon Energy to disconnect the service, and they said they visited the property but they cannot find the electricity reader on the property so they are going to charge me about $62 for that. How come they cannot find the reader box!! They regularly visited the property and read the electricity usage to send me a bill every three month. They now don't know where the electricity reader box is???!! and charge me more money for that?? this is ridiculous!!
