I believe it is very easy and handy for all your technicians get equipped with mobile phone devices to contact with the customers. Waiting period for a technician is 5-6 hours. We are in 2018. We are not in Stone age. We are in technology age. Probably all your customers stuck in the house same as me when they need to connect the electricity on first day of moving house.

I've been lied to over and over and been told that the blame lies with everyone else except them! I made sure my solar panels were installed by the deadline but energex has conveniently lost the paperwork, closed the file and have no record of my meter for over 1 year after they were installed. I've now been back charged for solar credits dating back to 2014 and have gone from a $1600 Bill to $6800 Bill within 2 weeks. Went to ombudsmen and they are even more useless than these guys. Been trying to sort this mess out for years and they've made an offer of $500 off of the $6800 with no bills or evidence if why the bill got so high within 2 short weeks. This whole industry is a disgrace they don't listen and they don't care it's just bad luck. The system is obviously broken and the department supposedly in place to fix it are just as incompetent as they are. It's 2018 and not a single worker at any of the energy companies lift a finger to help the consumers. I'm looking into going off grid and not have to rely on them ever again.

Has taken 2 months to get power installed due to energex incompetence.  2 months of wasted rent and mortgage because we cant move in to our new house. What a joke

Came to replace electrical line and damaged a brand new garage door that we had got 2 months before. I reckon that it woul cost at least $1000 to replace. If there was such thing I would like to rate Energex 0.1 stars

I would rate this organization as less than 1 star on opening a new account I was told by the retailer that I would need to be available to allow access through the locked gate in my complex. I wasted my hole day waiting no these A**holes no contact no nothing I have just found out the reading has been taken so obviously energex has it own access arrangements that they don't tell you about, this organization has no understanding of the term customer service, I hope these people never need my co operation again because the will be told to F**K off
