Be warned, don't go, worst GP ever. Visited Carmen Lei, not sure she had a rough day or anything, very impatient, spent 5 minutes, and sent a $85 invoice after although it says bulk billing when I booked the appointment on the app. Can we let the patients know the charge before hand? 5 mins for $85, it is a rob of money, especially with the negative attitude. We are already sick, don't make us feel more sick.nnRevise - after a phone call, they changed to bulk billing. revise to two stars for that. we have to visit kingsway clinic in the afternoon to get a proper treatment.nnRe - for bulk billing, yes, when I tried to check again, it does state partial bulk billing, which I missed when I made the booking. That makes the negative attitude even more unforgivable - you are charging with a higher out of pocket money, but with a lower standard of treatment? Anyway, I leave this comments not to accuse anyone, but in the hope that the services can be improved, after all, we do hope our local community can get better with all the essential care we can easily access. Revise to 3 star for that.
Unbelievable....waited 2 hours kept going up checking they knew I was there and waiting..yet the doctor goes home..no apology nothing...over this place and they gave me two covid injections in one day as the nurse couldn't remember if she had done it or not!!!!! Use to be a great practice ..wow how times change ,really disppointed

The one star review is specifically for Dr Stephen Stowe. My sick, elderly mother has advanced dementia, and as I live interstate, I need the medical professionals who care for her on a daily basis to show some interest in her welfare. Dr Stowe is her treating physician. Unfortunately, on every single occasion that I have had to speak to him regarding my mum's welfare, he has made mention of the impost and inconvenience to himself that would occur. This is not the attitude one hopes to find in the medical profession.
I got to know Dr. Dipak Bosamia when he acted as my very elderly aunt's medical practitioner while she was a resident in a local nursing home. I found him to be patient, kind, caring and above all an extremely compassionate practitioner right throughout his attendances on her up to the end of her days. He would personally contact me every time he visited her even when I was travelling overseas. He was also very knowledgeable and reassuring whilst addressing her several medical issues. She placed great trust in him. I could not be happier with his services and would recommend him to anyone seeking a professional and kindly man and physician.
