We we booked at 10:50am, arrived at 10:35am, physically checked in. Waited till 11:30am with literally no one in the clinic waiting. When talked the the receptionist to find out why are we still waiting while there is on one, she said we are booked for phone consult. What kinda of service is that?
Polite and professional receptionists and doctors. They listen to you carefully and level of hygiene is exceptional.
Used to see Dr Ruan here but she is away so try the other new doctor, Dr.Tiffany, talk with the receptionist that to book long appointment and she said that Friday at 4:50 can book via hotdoc but have to mention long apt, I booked via hotdoc but nothing can remark as a long apt so I ring the day before appointment and the other lady said that 4:50 appointment cannot book as a long appointment as is a last appointment. Very not happy with that as the lady said Dr Tiffany need to finish work on time, and when I said if Dr will be on time for the other appointment and the lady said Dr sometimes running late. Finally cancel the appointment and not happy with that
Daisy Xu is the worst nurse I have ever seen. she is not caring at all, has no empathy and compassion. Her unprofessional injection cause more harm to baby and she even blamed a 4 month baby for crying. Terrible attitude and inexperienced. Other nurses and doctors are good in this clinic.
Great clinic, super nice staff and very prompt.
Doctor Ruan is very unprofessional, rude and lack of responsibility. Insist us to meet face to face during the lock down. Keep the door open to imply "I should leave" before I ask all my questions. Try to book back to back session as I got some questions to discuss, not allowed. Booked the last appointment of the day and still do not want to explain my concerns after 15 mins. Never seen a doctor like this. I will never came back.
Very good medical service. Ive been to Doctor Yvonne Ruan 3 or 4 times now and she is very good. The best thing is she is always on time with her appointments which is rare for a lot of other places ive been. Today i had an appointment at 11.50, i got there at 11.35 & she calledme straight in within 1 minute of arriving & i was gone by 11.40. If you are in a hurry this clinic provides excellent speed of customer service as well as good care.
My daughter forgot her mask and the reception ladie change her $1 for a mask
Dr. Yvonne Ruan is very care and dedication GP in Melbourne Eastern especially in Glen Waverley. She always spend her time to look after my health over years. Especially urgent health matters and very professional and qualifications with medicine.
Baby cord infection, just take a temperature, said "you'd better go to the hospital", give an prescription and charge $75. Up to 20 minutes appointment finished in 8 minutes. VERY BAD experience. If you are not sure about how to deal with crying newborn baby, I guess you might need some lessons in the institute.
