I don't understand. You need to have a family/friend who is the patient of the clinic then you might have a chance to book an appointment with them. Never heard of this kind of policy in any medical clinic. What is this? VIP club policy or something??!!!
Dr. Miao & Dr. Wang are the nicest GPs we've ever seen. They're professional, helpful, trustworthy and easy-going. To us they're not just medical professionals but more like friends. We're very happy about our experiences every time and thank you so much for what you have done to help us
I have to have injections monthly and they're done by Dr Geoff Miao. He does them painlessly, professionally and seems like a genuine great guy who's very knowledgeable about medicine and health. Previously, I'd been to two doctors about a problem on my foot to no outcome, however Dr Geoff Miao did what two doctors couldn't, diagnosed the problem and then wrote a script for something that stopped the problem!
My experience with Dr Wang & Nurse Eva are very pleasant. They’re both caring & professional practitioners. Keep up the good job!
I took my Dad to see Dr Geoff and this is the worst GP experience ever in my life. Did not check my Dad at all, not even a temperature check when the patient is on temperature. Send him to go for emergency without issuing any reference letter. Refuse to issue a medicare certificate for overseas insurance claim, insisted that he could issue the certificate on the second consultation to get another cosultation fee easily? Initial conaultation cost 90 dollars paid upfront, which is fine if it is helpful. But only 5 mins consulting time without any checking, no prescription, no test arranged.This is just a rip-off! Not recommed at all!
Doctor Geoff Miao told me that he couldn’t sit too close to my son to check his eyes because he had a cold and didn’t want to infect him. While certainly appreciate Dr. Miao’s kind concerns, I don’t understand why he was not wearing a mask... May I suggest that doctors who are carrying anything infectious or treating patients who are potentially infectious wear a mask? The receptionist was friendly enough to us. When I told her that the name on the receipt was wrong, she quickly printed another one with the correct name. But not until later did I realise that the replacement she gave me is an invoice not a receipt. Hope there will be no issue with the insurance company, otherwise will have to visit again.
Nice, helpful male doctor, Dr Geoff. Although very unprofessional & unfriendly receptionist with limited English. Also was approached by the female doctor in waiting room who openly spoke about my personal information in front of other patients. Was unprofessional, not happy about it.
Dr Miao and Dr Juan both are very professional and caring doctors, the receptionist is always polite with smiling face. i am happy with them as my family doctor.
Good family friendly practice. I have been going here for years and recently have gotten all my family to use Dr. Geoff. Very friendly doctor and the whole family is happy so far
Needed a minor procedure....receptionist was helpful and Dr Jeff Miao was friendly and did a good job. Passed by this place all the time but finally went in yesterday. Would come back and recommend others as well. Well done GFMC.
