Cathy Cheng is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable about physio and very friendly and respectful. She shows great patience in showing and advising me exercises to improve my body. Her professional manner and concern about patients’ health that I am really impressed. I would recommend Cathy (Physiotherapist) to everyone who asks. Integrated Health is also conveniently located. Close to Glen Waverley railway station and car parking spaces.

I tegrated Health Glen Waverley. Seeing Carly on an ongoing basis. As I've always found physics to be a bit of a lottery it's marvellous to find Carly who not only helps clear up the aches and pains (and gets straight in there to the source of the problem), but also puts focus on prevention, correction and maintenance of health. This last is marvellous, too many physics fix the issue and then sit back and wait for it to recur, Carly works in a holistic fashion that is good to find.

Great group of physio's and staff. They are always friendly and have a wealth of knowledge. Always willing to investigate reasons for injuries and help in the recovery with treatment and take away exercises. I can't speak highly enough about the Pilates classes. I have been doing these with Carly for about 4 years now. She is very tuned in to how the body operates (well, is supposed to), and always challenges the class with varied routines. I find these classes great for loosing up stiff joints and general core strengthening. Other strength training can also be offered and is based on individual requirements. Keep up the great work guys.

Craig was wonderful. Very respectful and helpful with advice on exercises to do and how to prevent the injury happening again. Very competitive rates and has basic equipment available for purchase. Pilates is available, but I haven't made a class yet.
