Today I called the Fountain Gate store and spoke to Bailey about an SD card I bought. I couldn’t get the data from my old card onto the new card and he spent about 45 minutes on the phone patiently helping and guiding me through the process. I don’t think his manager was too happy about it, but I can not give him enough praise for his knowledge and willingness to help a clueless dad trying to do something for his son lol Not once did he try and rush me or make me feel like I wasn’t valued! Which I greatly appreciate. Bailey you are an absolute legend! I can not thank you enough for your help! You are an asset to EbGames!! You need a pay rise! Thanks once again mate!

Went to pick up my PS5 preorder, hadn't come in yet, but got an explanation instead of being sent away with no information, so that was great! Also got a call the moment the stock came in so that I could go pick it up before the store closed, meaning I didn't have to wait another day. Great service!
Got flagged by a person at this store without them letting me know. Luckily one of the female staff told me that eb does not like you trading in multiple copies of the same game. As for the first person my advice is he honest with customers before letting them trade in games and Don't treat them like thieves behind their back.

Bought a game here yesterday supposedly brand new. Disc had marks download codes had been used. Store replaced it on being asked as required by consumer law, however only three stars because no sign of an apology or even any civil conversion, clerk grunted at start of conversation, took the disc, checked it in, retrieved a new one and gave a new receipt then winked. That's it, no words. An apology for having to drive 25km each way to bring the disc back and the disappointment of not being able to play would have been nice.
