Pre-ordered an xbox series x online. Spoke to the staff over the phone a few days before i went to pick it up. The young women i spoke to over the phone was really helpful putting a charging kit on hold. David was also a huge help very knowledgeable with helping me pick out accessories. My son and I went there to exchange a faulty headset. Seems well organised and a good range.

My daughter prepaid a game for today at her local eb games and had been putting money on the game in anticipation for today.  Unfortunately when we went to the store we were told they hadn't unpacked the game out of the box and directed us to another store.  We paid cash for the game and was not offered cash refund as it was requested.  The same method of payment should be offered as a refund I'm sure it's not right eb games.  What a bad experience we had and as my wife is busy doing pickups and dropoff s for kids I can't believe the option was to send her elsewhere than  just unpack the box.  The cases were on display to buy as well.  What the..  Lazy workers.

Friendly staff always willing to help, I've been coming here for many years.  Also the best refuge in Parkmore when you have been dragged along to do the "real shopping".

Fabulous store with great staff.. They always take time to serve a customer and answer any questions.. For a more mature age person this is really help..

I when today at 5pm and this women with orange hair was the most rudest lady I've met, this women shouldn't be working with kids, extremely rude lady never thought someone would speak in such matter
