I had a worst experience tonight getting my pizza at domino's pizza in Ponsonby. It was a very cold night tonight freezing outside after we bought a pizza at 8.50pm 19 Oct, we were waiting outside because we holding our dog. We were being patient and nice because she was working alone. But after the pizza was ready and I kept looking inside and try to have eye contact with her, she ignored and she didn't notice us the pizza is ready. So we were standing outside for nearly 25 mins like a fool in a windy freezing night. she were standing inside doing nothing knowing the pizza is ready and customer waiting for the pizza. she really destory my night and the pizza.
It was good to order first time. Next time food was like as pic. Attached photo.
Why there is no rating for big zero worst pizza ever. Was worked for 2 years for making pizzas in dominos but never made pizza like today I got. Waste of money time and my dinner. Lucky this review is not practical otherwise I don't know what I will do to that person who makes this pizza. There is 80 gram of cheese in any pizza but I got like only 30 to 40 grams.
Garlic and cheese HAD NO GARLIC, ham and pineapple HAD NO PINEAPPLE, check photo!!!!, they don't remotely compare to other domino's, mega disappointed, as for customer service , literally none.
The worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely won’t get it from there anymore. Bought a pizza for the first time. what a bad experience! When I get it, the pizza was so cold and I needed to heat it up in the microwave. Looking incredibly shocking. no topping for a slice of pizza! Good luck for your business.
Terrible customer service. I would avoid. We ordered online, a large amount of pizzas on Saturday night. The incorrect contact number was put in which meant they couldn't get in touch with us. We didn't realise and after waiting an hour, tried to call. Couldn't get hold of them, then after about 30 minutes managed to get someone to answer while we were on our way to the store. When we arrived, we waited for the order to be made then paid, not realising we were still being charged $46 delivery fee. Owner compensated us with 2 bottles of coke which he values at $10. When we rang today to ask for the other $36 to be refunded, he stated that it wasn't his fault the number was wrong and if it had been correct he would've delivered. No one is questioning his willingness to deliver the pizza, but when no one was answering, we felt compelled to go and check on our order. You'd think they would charge you at the pick up rate wouldn't you?? When he handed over the coke, we assumed it was a $10 delivery fee and we were being fairly compensated. Clearly $36 is more important than the overall opinion of 20 customers, who quite frankly, will never buy here again... pizza wasn't worth the wait or money. Before ordering, we took a vote between getting pizza from Hell Pizza or Dominoes... should've gone with Hell... which we will definitely do next time!
I was a member of the group that ordered a large order online on Saturday night. Yes we gave the wrong contact number, couldn't get hold of the store, decided to pick up and was still charged $46 delivery fee. Very poor service. Looking at other reviews, customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority at this store. Pizza wasn't great either. I voted to get pizza from Hell Pizza! Looks like I'll get my preferred choice next time.
My pizzas where fine but then I opened this and I wasn't even angry just disappointed...... when you order a cheesy garlic bread you expect to get more than a finger nail of cheese on it.
I ordered a Hawaiian pizza added extras, which were cheesy crust, creme freche as the base, BBQ swirl on top & garlic aioli as a dipping sauce. They stuck the aioli on pizza satisfying . Ponsonby is a busy place so I suggest other reviews quit been so stuck up & let them do there job.
Simran deserves a pay raise, he did amazing job
