My partner and I went to have dinner here tonight and was told to take a seat. After 10 minutes of sitting we had not been offered menus or even water. No one came to our table or even acknowledged us despite a table of 6 walking in after us and getting instant service. We are very easy going people and eat out nearly every night so we understand that things get busy and forgotten but all we expected was some acknowledgment and communication.

The Korean BBQ is so good I get it every time. It has the perfect sauce and plenty of filling, the bread is nice and crispy. Beer batter fries are also fantastic.

Had an amazing burger here - was one of their specials. And the salad selection was really good and delicious. Was a really long wait though and only a couple of other customers waiting so that was the only negative, and we had little kids who were really hungry so it seemed to take forever.

Had a delicious breakfast here. The staff were friendly, and it was a relaxing place. My coffee was excellent.

Food was OK, just OK. Service was good, very friendly. It gets very hot and stuffy in the Ponsonby central location and there are quite a few flies buzzing around this time of year. Some air-conditioning and a few ecomist sprayers would help a lot!
