First appointment for my 5 year old daughter with DR AYLING 👎 (rude and doesnt understand kids) so i changed to Dr SARAH MORRELL  👍 who is a fantastic doctor especially for my child and has a lovely presence and very caring.. She is now my go to for the whole family..

The reception staff had the most disgusting service. Was rude to every single customer that walked in the door. All I could hear when they were mumling amongst themselves was them bitching and complaining about how much work they had to do while a client was standing at the desk unattended for over 5 mins. This place is absolutely disgusting with terrible service. Whoever does the hiring  needs a good look at their standards. Would not come here again if you paid me.

Stopped going here maybe 2 years ago now. Reception staff at that time were just horrible. Not just to myself but to other patients to. They were Rude, uncaring, abrupt ... not very nice at all. Hopefully they have different reception staff now. The doctor that I saw however was fine.

Made a booking for 8.45am. Turned up and was told doctor was already running at least 20mins late. I couldn't wait that long so drive directly to another doctor - was in and had antibiotics in my hand by 9.09am. Happens every time I book here. Won't even attempt it in future. Hope Island Medical on Hope Island Road is worth the 5min drive 100%

Upset that I had to wait a hour (whilst in excruciating pain) I saw that he wrote NAD (no abnormally detected) in my notes for my throat, when I can clearly see puss on my tonsils and can even swallow my own silva. (Next day) I have now gotten worse and attendant another practice where they have admitted me to hospital
