I have been to this office three times now as it is conveniently close to my home, however the service provided is sub-par at best. The first time I waited over 1.5 hours for a scheduled appointment and was made to feel by reception as it was my fault. The second time I waited a further 40 minutes after my scheduled time. The third and now final time I was informed that the practice is no longer bulk billed even though advertising it everywhere but their website. I booked through HotDoc and there was no mention of a fee inclusive in booking only when I arrived at the doctors so it was pay the fee or pay the cancellation. I really haven’t had a good experience here and would advise anyone else to look elsewhere.
The absolute WORST medical centre I have been to in my entire life. I'm not one to normally leave a review, but in this case I felt compelled to warn the public for the safety of others. 1. Doctor was astoundingly rude. The most poor bedside manner for a GP. Dr Priscilla Lynn screamed at my sick 3 year old to 'sit down and be quiet' in the middle of the consult after she had to pee due to having UTI symptoms. I was so gobsmacked I couldn't believe it. 2. Initially, when I called to book the appointment I ensured to make a double appointment for myself but when I arrived for my consult she refused to complete my appointment as she 'did not have enough time and instructed me to come back again at another time'. Mind you, she still billed me for the appointment. Pretty money hungry if you ask me. 3. She said she unable to retrieve the pathogen result from my daughters urine sample collected in hospital which was the main point of the appointment and said that she would call or have the receptionist call me that afternoon. They never called. They never followed up. Nothing. When I called to enquire - the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. She could not have cared less. 4. I had taken in another urine sample for my daughter and had asked her to check the results. She flatly refused. 5. After not hearing from the GP and being verbally abused by the reception staff, I was left to chase up with the hospital on Wednesday who sent Dr Lynn the result immediately. The medical practice then directed me to ANOTHER medical centre to obtain the result as the doctor refused to see me or even provide me with the result or even have another doctor at the practice provide me with the result. What POOR PRACTICE FOR A DOCTORS CLINIC?! Just absolutely DISGUSTING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. If you care about the well-being of anyone near and dear to you, do NOT go to this place.
Left this doctors for another one after being messed around by my GP Dr Hla Theingi for too long and not receiving actual help with my problems and she always seemed like she wanted me out quickly from her room. She put me on a weight loss pill after being on it for 14 days it started messing with my mental health and she never told me the side effects of that pill. They causing my initial problem to become worse i told her I'd like to come of it and she said stay on it for another 2 and a half months, i quit it the next day and threw out the 16 pills in the box i had left, wasting a total of $48. I also asked to see their dietitian under a care plan she refused and told me it "might not" be covered under Medicare/health care so i asked about pricing and she didn't tell me. So yea i not coming back to this doctors centre. Also there was always a long wait time, even if you had the earliest appointment time so if you make an appointment just be ready to wait 20-80 minutes, so don't bother coming in earlier just get in on time. And most of the receptions are rude and seemed like they didn't want to be working there.
I have been attending this medical centre for several years after moving into the area and have found Dr Ouda to be very knowledgeable and very caring. I have not had to wait in the waiting room for any length of time not like the previous surgery I attend which 2 to 3 hours was a normal wait time. I highly recommend him.
Absolutely Disgusted with the treatment from staff & doctors. Staff showed no empathy towards our situation. Not going into it, I will say we are facing homelessness because you couldn't even fill out a one page form. Your practice is a disgrace.
The worst doctors I’ve been to. Dr Ouda if you can even call him a doctor only cares about getting patients out as fast as possible and clearly has no knowledge or care. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone, I’ve only been because it’s so close but would rather travel for actual professionals.Do not go here or trust this doctor.
Amazing - dr ouda picked up with bloods a serious issue and no other doctor has begore - now feeling amazing x nurse and all staff are kind and caring -
Prepare to wait. And keep waiting. No matter what time your appointment is. no matter how early you turn up. Prepare to wait for at least 1.5 - 2 hours. They won't tell you about the wait. But you will wait wait WAIT. Prepare for that
If there was 10 stars available on this, I would give 10 stars to Dr Dia. In my 40 years of life, I've never met a Doctor so kind and who genuinely cares as much as he does. Could not recommend this man more to anybody looking for a Doctor. Im not sure of her name, but the Nurse is also incredibly friendly and has a beautiful bedside manner.
First visit was a Sunday gain an appointment with DR Pricilla she had a great manner was caring and took the time to explain the condition . Thank you Dr Pricilla
