They say they are open to 5pm, but refuse to see you, even when there are no other patients there. Doctors happy to sit on their arse in plain view, and decline to see you. Pathetic, obviously not following the ethos of the brilliant Dr Kevin Chiu.

Very understanding and helpful staff. Girls from reception let me feed my baby after her vaccine in one of the empty rooms. Really appreciate that.

Doctors and staff are very helpful, friendly, caring and thorough. Very professional and nothing spared to ensure your health and wellbeing is ok. Highly recommend this practice 10 out of 10

The nurse in pathology is great, I have had many nurses fail in getting my blood and she took my concerns seriously. Very helpful and professional.

Very impressed. Brought my elderly father here as he is with BUPA and this is one of their recommended practices. Dr Moshtagh was calm, patient and thorough. For those who in these reviews complain of occasional wait times - I'd like to say that one day you might need a Doctor to spend an extra 10 or 20 minutes making sure that you are okay and fully taken care of. For this reason i don't mind waiting if it means that a fellow human being is receiving the extra care at a time of need. One day that patient could be me. I think it speaks volumes and positively well of a Doctor if - by caring - s/he ends up running late occasionally. ☺
