Had been going to this doctors for some time, they were amazing and helpful to start, however, my regular doctor left not long after I fell pregnant. I started seeing a different doctor at the surgery. The appointments at first were on time, however started getting later and later. After giving birth I returned to the surgery for my baby's 10 day check up and was left to wait for just shy of 2 HOURS!! I found this extremely unacceptable and unfair for my poor baby. I later return (with someone to help with the baby as I correctly expected a long wait) and was told that my concerns were normal and nothing to worry about. As a result I ended up with a secondary infection. I will not go back to this surgery again. On a positive note though reception were always wonderful and helpful and the surgery always appeared clean.

Some wonderful Drs at this centre, Dr Henderson & Dr Wright, both female practitioners are excellent. Yes it is a very busy centre & you quite often you will have to wait for 30 mins past your allocated appointment time, but this seems to be the norm in most medical centres. Michelle on front desk is friendly, efficient & helpful, nurses are great.

There are some amazing doctors here that deal with 'everyday/common' complaints well. Besides the long wait times, usually 30 to 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I had been so happy with the doctors here. Then I had two separate, more complicated conditions that needed ongoing care. Robert Easton was the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. I needed to go to a different clinic to have my condition cured as he prescribed the wrong medication due to his complete inability to listen to my concerns. 
Simone Wright had been my and my family's doctor and we were all very happy with her until I had an acute back problem that needed ongoing care. She became angry with me because I was still needing pain relief with her last comment to me 'I'll see you in a month', for an acute back condition??!! My new doctor and my back specialist were both shocked at  the lack of treatment and care I received at this clinic. I now most likely need a back operation, wow, thanks. My family will never return.

Lovely caring doctors here, very good! They actually listen and try to help. Wait times are awful at times but worth the wait!

Great doctors and friendly receptionists. But yesterday 6/6/16 everyone there was just plain rude. Receptionists were leaving you stand there at the counter and wait when you can clearly tell they weren't busy, they couldn't even smile when they said hello. The nurse rostered on that day, asked if the doctor gave me a consent form to give to her and I said no. My bag was open and paperwork sticking out and the nurse reached over and started pulling it all out. There is no excuse for going through someone's bag without their permission. The doctor I saw (Dr Kumar) was rude, I explained to her how I wanted a referral to a specialist because of my nose. She gave me one but didn't seem to happy to give it to me and kept telling me that the specialist won't operate if they need to etc. she kept trying to push the prescriptions on to me. Telling me to try this nose spray and try this nose cleaner. I told her my last doctor gave me that stuff and it didn't work. Even though it was only one bad experience there I will not be returning to Homeworld Medical Centre.
