My ride at Semaphore has been outstanding in supporting me, I am a quadriplegic and they have repaired my wheelchair tyres a number of times. Their friendly customer service is outstanding and I have had some really difficult repairs to special tyres that I use for playing lawn bowls. When I drive to the shop in my van, they come out and collect the tire/wheel and do it on the spot if needed or I have gone back to collect and again, they bring out the repaired tire. Brilliant service overall.
Old lady in the store was rude: empty shop, no greeting, sat on her phone behind the counter and growled at and intimidated my 8yo for touching things in the store. We were only there but 3-4min and I won’t ever be going back.
The guys that run the bike Shop are Professional friendly and helpful ,I would recommend you take your bike to them .I’m so happy with my ride ,genuine honest and Reliable Staff ,thank you to Sandra and Steve .
Each time I've been to this bike shop the woman there has gone out of her way to provide first rate service. Yesterday, on the way to catch the train, my front tyre came off the rim. She rapidly dealt with the problem. No fuss. No fee. A few months ago I needed a chain tensioner. She went to some trouble to source and obtain the unusual item. And yes, I was in time to board that train. Pity about the Public Transport commuters with their feet on the seats though.
My story: I called asking whether they assist with puncture tires. Answer was yes we do. I showed up been nicely asked whether I can wait I did. 17 minutes later I left with two inflated repaired wheels in my hand. Bill was under any of my expectationsOUTSTANDING service. Will come back
Had a mechanical issue on my road bike whilst riding. I walked in, they fixed it on the spot and wouldn't take any payment. Old school friendly service. Top class.
