After 20 years of building and maintaining my own gear to increasingly obsessive standards, BMCR is the only place I feel comfortable going to ask for advice or to source parts. Good selection of only quality products, and when I've needed obscure parts BMCR have found them cheerfully, and for a good price. Still in love with the Ortlieb panniers Lia recommended, which still look and work like new after more than 2 years of daily use, some of it quite hard.

People have said they're not the cheapest, but you don't want a Muppet working on your pride and joy do you? I find the price to be commensurate with the quality of work.

Very happy. I dropped my bike off for new brakes with minimal, cavalier instructions and high expectations... very happy with the results. Very friendly and helpful staff. Saving up for the next upgrade...
