My wife and I just endured one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had at this store. Michael, if you can read and are following this, you are rude and obnoxious and should think seriously about another line of work. In an almost deserted store so you can’t blame stress, your communicative style consisted solely of monosyllabic grunts - “Next!”; “Member?”, “Number?”; “Cash or card?” - while scowling, avoiding eye contact, and declining even to greet your customers, tell us the total price or even reward us with a thank-you after we’d just spent around $70 in your store. Are you having a bad day, Michael? Maybe ask one your coworkers for a hug and take the day off if you have such contempt for the human race.
You can find almost everything here for your camping, hiking, or fishing, etc.nNice customer services with resonable price.
Awesome customer service, a bloke naked aiden was fantastic not only did he help me out buying a fishing rod he knew was he was talking about and explained the difference between the two I was looking at and put the line on aswell. Definitely will be back thanks to awesome service
Great service, I just purchased a The North Face jacket with a bigger than I expected.
I was after a Shimano T curve premium fishing rod 2-4kg on 7th May 24. a young lad put it on hold for me at Mile End store and put down my phone number. later I called up wanting to pay for the item, I was told by another staff it was sold. I was frustrated as he should have called me before this was sold to someone else. I have never had this bad experience before. Now if I order online I have to pay $20 bulk item delivery fee. It has shaken my confidence with Anaconda as a loyal customer for years. I have been recommending Anaconda to everyone I know but this poor experience will stop me from doing that in future.
