Atrocious customer service. Told me to bring bike in on Friday morning for Saturday pick up. Get there and not open. No messages or signage to say why. Not only person left waiting. Eventually he got back to me after I messaged him that he is at a motorsport event and won't open that day. Unreliable. Not recommended.

Great guy and hugely experienced. Had a bike fit with Kym and it was great really friendly and happy to share his knowledge. Before you go to the big stores give Kym a call he has probably forgotten more about bikes and cycling than a lot of people know.
