An outstanding organisation doing great work! Well done Mike and team!
Amazing service! If you need to buy a bike or a repair, or to learn to fix up yourself, this is all you need! THANK YOU! Bruce and mike are so kind and helpful!
Amazing place to be if you're into bikes. Great service by classy folks who love bikes. That Bruce, sure is a top bloke who gives good customer service, and is upfront! Mike gets involved when back-up is needed! Thank-you guys for being their for your community! Keep up the great work!
I bought bike from Kmart, within a week, it makes weird sound. I went to Reid cycles to fix it and they humiliated me said this is cheap bike, no safety at all. And they asked me to pay $60 to do service so my bike can become better. But instead of become better, its getting worse. So I went to Bike for Refugees and I am so IMPRESSED with their service and the way they try to find problem and fix it. My bike is fixed now and I pay nothing. It cost me nothing. You guys are the best. Well done my friend!
Happy about the lovely bike I bought there and people were friendly as well! And then, if you need to fix your bike one day... they also provide tools and help.
WOW I have to give this best possible review for your very very very very friendly nature and the fact that you aren’t grumpy at all. I have now come here two times and both times you have been very very very polite to me. Hope people come to you everyday and experience the same hospitality.
I had to get my back wheel re-spoked so I took it to BFR. Mick did a fantastic job fixing it and shared some useful tips too boot. Well done to the guys down there, they help everyone where possible.
Great volunteer community organisation that refurbishes bicycles to provide to people in need.
I got a really good bike here and anytime I have a problem with it I can come and they always help me out. Such a bunch of awesome people!!
Great work done by the guys. They share so many bikes! 5 stars
