We got two of the galaxy pedal bikes from the Mile End store. Our salesperson Clayton was more than helpful. Just done our first real ride and are very happy with our purchases. Would recommend theses bikes.
This place has the most incredible and helpful staff that go beyond to make your experience a good one. Replaced a part on my son’s bike with a left over second hand one no cost so I went back and purchased a new bike 3 weeks later. 4 visits and same service every time. Highly recommend you go to them for your cycling needs.nCheers, Nick Downward
I felt compelled to leave a review after another disappointing and frustrating experience in store today. The item I was after was not in stock again. This is the third this has happened for different accessories I was after handlebar tape, bike bell etc. There’s also a mismatch between what the online site is saying and stock levels in store. Generally an average range of accessories in store. I would mention that the staff are all very friendly and helpful, although continually apologetic for the lack of stock
Slow service. Two staff members are not enough for all the people waiting in that big store to be served since each client takes usually a lot of time.nI asked for 4 items to buy: tube out of stock, ticker tubeout of stock, tyre lineout of stock, repair kitout of stock. Unbelievable.nIt would be best to call them beforehand to ask if they have what you need expect a long wait for your call to be answered though so you don't waste time going there and discovering that they don't have what you need.nIn any case, one of the staff who served me did his best to sell me an alternative product and an extra device.nThe experience was a bit frustrating.
I needed a bike rack for 2 eMTBs that would fit on the back of my 4WD which has a double spare wheel carrier on the back. Kristian took the time to come up with the best solution - components were ordered and arrived in 3 days - he then unpacked them to make sure they would fit to the car and meet my needs before finally paying - very good service.
