Great service!! Many thanks. Staff are friendly, helpful and have good general product knowledge. Nothing seemed too much trouble. What I was after (mirror and lights) are hard to get items and the staff were more than happy to find out details and get things rolling. Very efficient! I will definitely be going there again!

Came to this store with the intention of buying bikes for my husband, myself and our 2 children. When we arrived all of the staff were busy with other customers, so we went to check out the selection of bikes. 15 minutes later we hadn’t been acknowledged by any member of staff, who had then proceeded to assist people who had come into the store after us who happened to be standing closer to them. We left, and proceeded to 99 Bikes at Marion where we were served straight away, and received the assistance we needed to purchase 4 bikes and various accessories. I would recommend giving 99 Bikes at Mile End a miss, and visit the excellent team at Marion.

Pip at the Mile End store was absolutely terrific. Not cheap bargain basement bikes, but good range of quality, but overall it was the service and attention to detail by Pip that will have me coming back for my and my kids next bikes! They allowed a test ride of 2 x comparable bikes to make sure my son chose the right one (of course it was the more expensive one!). Recommend 99 Bikes, and especially Pip.

They should have called this 1099 Bikes. This would have to be the biggest number range and styles of bikes and accessories in one place, I have ever seen. From trail bikes, to road bikes, the range is almost overwhelming. Then there are every kind of cycling accessory you could think of. From a range of 100 helmets to bike tubes, just an endless wall of extras. They also have a dedicated bike repair area. The staff were really helpful and very knowledgeable. This is where my next bike will come from.

Very happy. The sales was very helpful and efficient and informative and funny. Will definitely shop again. The price was great as well.
