Absolute fantastic service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made my bike brand new after 5 years of no servicing and I swear it rides smoother than when I first purchased it. Will definately go back.
Service overall was quite good. Just noticed the handlebar alignment was slightly off when we arrived home with my grandson's bike. We'll contact the store and ask them to rectify it but, otherwise, our grandson was very happy with his new bike.
Nick at Prospect was fantastic & gave me a really good deal with the extras I wanted. I was tired of looking at a limited range of bikes at many stores due to Xmas. My bike was stolen & this was the last bike anywhere in AdelaidenNick took the time to do full bike measuring of size & stem required & thus seat position he could see I was older & needed correct bike to protect knees& shoulders from achingnWell done a great kind man & changed handlebars extensively to suit my riding position preference . Thanks Nick lovely man
Brilliant service from both Prospect and College Park. No pressure sales, everyone provided the information I needed and the selection and options are great
We went in on a Saturday morning to purchase a mountain bike for my 8 year old. The assistant was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My son and I do not know anything really about bikes aside from how to sit on one and pedal, but the assistant explained things in a way that we understood and I felt confident we got the right bike for him. We also did not have to wait to be served.
