I went into 99 bikes College Park earlier today and the customer service was lacking. So we went to 99 bikes Prospect and Sid was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable purchasing a bike from him, which I love and feel comfortable on. I have already taken it for a spin and love it
Absolute fantastic service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made my bike brand new after 5 years of no servicing and I swear it rides smoother than when I first purchased it. Will definately go back.
