A great bike shop. Helped me out when I had an issue with my flyhub slipping on the way to work. Fitted me in during the day, despite them being busy, and got me out of trouble. All for a very modest fee. This will definitely be my go to bike shop from now on. I highly recommend them.
Recently had a Lapierre drs aircode 8 built by the team at Whippets. Organising the build through phone calls and emails as I live in Sydney NSW. Outstanding service by Shane and his team, Andrew from Lapierre was also involved in the build suppling the aircode frame set. One small hiccup in the build process that was sorted quickly and professionally overall an outstanding experience resulting in a beautiful bike. Thanks again Shane and Andrew. Regards Mark Goggins
The best bike shop I've been to, I don't have the latest and greatest bike and plenty of shop's won't give me the time of day, but this place is a Mecca for me. No issue is too big or too small. First time I went down I couldn't afford for them to sort out my issue but they were happy to have a look and give me some sound advice despite the fact I'd never spent a cent there. Been going back ever since and they've always been awesome. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
The team here are legends, and by far the best mechanics in Adelaide, with a great range of gear, a really cool shop and a super chilled out vibes. I've always had my Scott Genius 710 serviced here, and Chris has not only fixed the bike multiple times, but each time made it better than new. Highly recommend.
Great advice, friendly and good amount of bike parts and accessories. They fit me in with very short notice and got me out of a pickle by repairing my brakes even though the workshop was jammed. Great stuff guys.

Chris is THE wheel and noise fixing man of Adelaide! He's literally the only mechanic I'll take my bikes to! Plus the range of gear they stock, coupled with friendly service means its a one stop shop for all my biking needs! Thanks fellas!

Of all the local bike shops, Bike Bug definitely offers the best service in Adelaide. Both my bikes get serviced at Bikebug and I’m always super happy with the quality of work. Good prices and range of stock too.
