The store location is great easily accessible, lots of parking space. I would never recommend anyone to order online as the pick up counter is very slow. They need to have more staff and the staff seem to be confused at all times. I can see so many customers standing outside for the order. Please visit the store and pick up yourself.
This is my local supermarket and the staff at Mt Eden Woolworths are always lovely and helpful. From the produce team to the deli staff and all across the floor but especially the checkout staff. I saw an incident today where a gentleman was short 50c buying a loaf of bread and the supervisor bought him 50c from a drawer. The customer thanked him and he smiled and said if customers leave their small change it's used for others who are short a few cents. Wonderful team at Mt Eden WW.
This Countdown is the best. Much nicer feel in-store than your average supermarket, and what really sets this store apart from the rest is it’s 6am opening time 7am is standard for Countdowns. Some customers make me feel very uncomfortable walking around them especially when theyre driving a trolley. The range of bread is limited and expensive, veges and fruits can't be compared to those in Pakn save, spring onions here are a joke. Access is not really friendly. The range and prices of juice, wine and muesli perhaps things made in Australia through the Woolworth network are impressively good
