Great place for groceries.nVery nice staff - friendly & helpfulnnLarge interior good selection.nGood parking - own free large carpark.nGood location in Three Kings Mall.nGreat service, nice staffnnQuality of bakery was reasonable.nNice wines.nnPrices were reasonable.nAtmosphere was ok, but beware of the odd person doing a runner at the self checkout and leaving you with his bill, when you start to scan! The staff seemed to not be surprised.nBe aware.nnApart from that a great supermarket.nAnd this shop has Gold Tuesdays - is great for seniors- only a few Woolies do that- 5% off the bill with your Gold card.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years—service used to be great, but lately it’s gone downhill.nnOnline orders are often delayed. Most recently, I waited over 30 minutes with no update and left without my full order. After I raised this internally, Tina asked me to come back the next day to collect the remaining items and to ask for her. But nothing improved.nnWhen I returned and asked a staff member for Tina, an older female employee snapped: “Don’t hassle me – I still have another order to finish.” Her tone was shocking and completely unprofessional. I never even got to speak with Tina.nnThis reflects a broader breakdown in online order handling—especially communication and staff attitude. I raised it internally, yet nothing changed. I’ve lost confidence in this store and won’t be back.
After experiencing ongoing high frustration with my Woolworths Card on my phone I found Toa and Netta to be SUPER HELPFUL as they rung head office and sorted the problem fast. They were super friendly and efficient and I’m very grateful to them both! Thank you Toa and Netta - Genuine, unrushed, helpful customer service!
