I'd give no stars rating if possible. A massive store ran by literally two people. Went there at 6pm looking for an item in-stock after I got told so by customer service on the phone but I couldn't find it in its section after thoroughly checking every corner. Walked around the aisles to find some assistance but no one is on the floor. Stood by the customer service desk for aprox. 5mins no one showed up. All I could see two people assisting customers checking out, one as a cashier and the other on the self checkout who I approach for assistance and got told to go check that section again. How could a store this big run by two people?! you'd find more people in a dairy.
Went shopping two days ago and bought their own brand eggs and went to boil some but 3 eggs that I put into the water using a ladle literally the shell cracked upon contact with water. I wouldn’t care if the shell broke when cooking but it was not on.
Unfortunately it can be a necessary evil to come here. As a walker, they need to sort out there faded carpark markings. Often inside the store they are low on stock. Occasionally expired items on the shelf so be wary of that. Undersaffed or arrogant management more likley the case. Prices on shelf often conflict once scanned at checkouts, often find it has to be me to prove the checkout wrong. The general vibe in there is steal let alone the products. They ought to close it down for a week, get some professional cleaners in, a revamp in the store, and new people who want to work
Very rude staff. Came across a couple of staff members that are unwilling to help, stubborn, snatch items off customer's hands and puts on an impatient look. Is there no training program? Or is it racism? My family is not going to spend a cent with the bad service here.
Not my usual store, I found layout a bit different from normal with bakery near entrance and fruit and vegetables at the opposite end. Wide aisles and good sized carpark.
I cud say more ..not respectful the two layg against wall few hrs ago..lookg as if ..we're customers stealing? As that's the way i felt!@ My doctor pharmacy is nxt door and I'm old and I go close to shop Countdown. I won't go there anymore. I now go to St Luke Countdown at least they are respectful.
Great Local Grocery Store - Good Variety lots of specials keep an eye out for mailer specials larger shops are general more expensive but essentials are sometimes cheaper. Overall Good Shopping Experience. Access to public toilets, friendly staff. I recommend meat section provide better cuts.
Good store to shop for groceries etc. Found everything on my list, shelves were not full but there were still some on the shelves
Pretty good supermarket for getting all your needs generally no line anytime of the week or time staff are friendly.
