These guys rock! Durham runs one of the slickest businesses I know. He is the very definition of industry leader and hires only the best and brightest in the industry. The positive energy and enthusiasm to see athletes meet and exceed their goals is just brilliant. 

5 years ago Durham was working with my now 203cm basketballer son Jack on his strength, resilience and vertical leap. He went from not dunking to easily dunking 2 months after starting the program at 16. Now Charlie is 15 and has been working with Durham for just a few months. Significant increase in speed and take-off has seen Charlie set the 15m sprint benchmark out of 300+ student athletes. Not bad for a 197cm big guy!

If you want to take your sport ALL the way to the top - this is the place to make it happen. Everyone needs speed, strength, resilience, endurance and balance. This is where you get THE best tailored programs in Melbourne. And no - I'm not getting paid to rave about it. Just a hugely impressed customer!

The team at Core Advantage are brilliant, they have developed a program that ensures sports athlete's excel. I have seen a significant improvement in my child's running and core strength which has inturn improved his athleticism on the court. I would highly recommend Core Advantage to any athlete recovering from an injury or wanting to move to the next level in their chosen sport. No matter how far you have to travel to attend a session at Core Advantage every minute there is well worth the effort. There is nothing like Core Advantage anywhere in Australia.

Been training there for over 3 months now and the results have been pretty significant! The strength and explosiveness I've been working on in my program has really translated well into my sport (karate) and I couldn't be happier with the progress. Everyone apart of Core Advatnage is friendly and helpful which makes training there a pleasure. Definitely recommend for elite athletes in any sport.
