I have been seeing Dr Kate since 2016 and she is an amazing doctor. She’s very knowledgeable, very compassionate and thorough. My entire family now sees dr Kate and we are all very happy.
Dr Kate is the best I have seen in past few years very knowledgeable doctor. She is looking after my whole family for a while now. Very satisfied with her. She won’t recommended unnecessary things to do like some of other doctors does which makes me trust her diagnoses more and more. Highly recommended
My wife visited Dr. Herby Perera and her experience was one of the worst she has ever had with a GP. There is absolutely no empathy for a sick person, let alone a potential treatment. "I have nothing to do" was the answer after explaining all the symptoms. Is that the way a GP should respond? I am utterly disappointed.. Our previous appointments were with Dr. Kate, who went above and beyond when treating our daughter, which is why we went to the practice, although Dr. Kate wasn't available today. I would never ever suggest someone go there!
Doctors are really nice, polite and patient; medical services are greatreally nothing to complain about. However, they changed the charging system and contracts with insurance companies during the last few months and charged me around extra 40 dollars out of pocket for my recent consultationused to be all bulk billed, and I went for the same GP as usual. I was not informed of this change until I finished my consultant and was asked to pay the gap fee out of pocket at the last minute. Please keep patients informed of any changes, so that they could make their finicial decisions more wisely. Receptionist could have done a better job to be honest.
Dr Kate has been my family's GP for a few years, ever since our son was born. She is a great doctor and really cares for her patients.
Dr. Kate is very patient and thorough. She listens to your concerns without casting judgement or being condescending. She’s great with hygienes too as I always see her washing her hand after she examines a patient. She tends to run a bit late with appointment these days but I still prefer to come to her than another GP. The clinic is always kept nice and clean.
Nice clean clinic. My partner and I got our Astra zeneca jab here. Dr Kate is lovely and explains everything about the risks and side effects. If you are over 50 "Don't" put it off you will be seen quickly. Better than lining up at a vaccination facility. There are many scare tactics and nonsense circulating on social media. Please ignore and listen to the experts, you are in safe hands both vaccines are effective and safe.
Dr. Kate is very knowledgeable and answers all our questions with lot of patience. She is our go-to family GP for all small and big concerns. The reception staff are very prompt and professional as well.
I have been seeing Dr. Kate for quite some time and she is the best GP I have found in years. She is very thorough in her examination, she is very patient as she listens very carefully without judgement, and she explains the diagnosis and treatment options in a clear manner. The best thing I like about her is her kindness. She is genuinely interested in helping her patients with the best outcome. Highly highly recommend her!!
One of the best medical clinic I have ever been to. My family and I have been to many doctors and we’re so lucky to have found this clinic. Dr Kate is truly an amazing doctor, beautiful, kind hearted, knowledgeable and articulate. She really strives to inform her patients and strive to find the best possible treatment and outcome. Ever since we found this clinic, I have referred my whole family and friends here. Dr Kate has looked after our family very well. Thank you sincerely.
