Hanover Street Medical Centre

I have been going to this clinic for around 20 yrs.l will not go anywhere else,brillant staff and Doctors and Nurses,l live not far away so perfect for myself and members of my family.The clinic have a beautiful feel about it.

Definitely not recommended. Waited an hour to be seen for five minutes. Dr was not thorough, did not examine my baby son and just gave superficial advice. Waste of time and money. Concerned karen.

Came to get blood work. Was told to come back a week later for results. Received results. A week later was told to come back because they forgot about some of them the first time. Every appointment I've come in within half an hour of opening and had to wait over 30 minutes. I do not understand how somebody could be half an hour behind schedule within 30 minutes every time. It defies reality. This doctors office is not so much bad at time management but rather anti-time management. *edit* Came back again. Doctor told me my eczema wasn't serious without me taking my clothes off to show him. I suppose he has XRay vision? Refused to give me medication I have used in the past to relieve my suffering. Merry Christmas.

Awful! My sick daughter was as treated appallingly a certain male doctor at this clinic. Confrontational from the outset with a superiority complex and clearly not in a good mood, he frightened the wits out of my daughter who has an intellectual disability. I would have thought a man that age, particularly one who is supposed to care for the sick, would have learned a thing or two about humility, but life is full of surprises. I have had to talk my daughter through a life lesson that I wish I hadn't have had to. Oh, the reception staff were at least lovely! :-)

If it wasn't for Dr Albert, my daughter will still be in a lot of pain and misery. I went through doctors and doctors they all knew my daughter ears was block both side and they did nothing instead they sent me here and there even to Clear ears to get it clean out, after two attend at Clear ears they still couldn't remove the waxs from her ears cause she was in a lot of pain. So they stop, so more money spend for each fail attent. One visit with Doctor Albert, he told me her ears are block both side. He gave me drops to soften the waxs and a week later to come back, so it be easy to flash out the waxs. And we did, with no fuss my daughter even agreed to do their other side of her ears. Dr Albert was very patient and calm, so my daughter trusted him. And thanks to Dr Albert, my 5 years old daughter today has gain her ears side. My daughter calls him her favorite Doctor😊
