Appalling rude service here. Dr Shi taking digs at me for no reason. I don't know what I did. Not just this time either. I just go in there being polite and get shut down for nothing.  Never again going there for my daughter either. Not how you should treat your patients. Went in there with my wife n 4 month old to get vaccinations and left feeling ridiculed. Is it because I don't look like her and the staff there and I'm a different ethnicity? It's just simply not on. Don't know what her problem is.

Horrible service! DO NOT come here if you are not Chinese or Asian. While you are excluded and asked to wait in the car park waited for 50 bloody minutes you see the other Asians walk in and out having good chats and laughs with the doctor. Then when its your turn she will come out for 2 seconds ask what you need and say 'ok wait here' and leave! She then got her assistant to come back out. I had other questions to ask but was so appalled by this I didn't even bother and just left. Will never come here again!

My daughter Chloe has been seeing Dr Shi since she was very young and she is always wanting to visit her doctor even she is not sick... Dr Shi is very patient, experienced and knowledgeable,  she is very good with kids and always spending time with her patients, giving best medical advice.  The clinic is clean and stunning, waiting time is reasonable. Highly recommended!

We lived in Oakleigh South when Clarinda Medical Centre opened across the road. I first saw Dr Shi for consultation and found her to be a great doctor. Patient, non judgemental and very thorough. My wife then visited Dr Shi and was equally comfortable with her. My wife and I also had our first child last year and Dr Shi as our GP, was very thorough and providing us with pregnancy related information. She also assisted us with the referrals to the hospital etc.  Dr Shi has also since treated our infant daughter and again we found her to be very thorough.  Unfortunately, we moved out of the area but we still continue to see Dr Shi despite the 30 minute commute from our new home.  Excellent service!

Dr Shi has been lovely and remarkable! But  CAUTIONSthere is a ridiculous nurse called Cindy or something else. Height around 5.2ft ; Late 20s - early 30s; Ponytail hairstyle.  She did vaccine injections for me and my 2yo. She is So Rude.  She kept calling me “ OLDER SISTER” instead of my name when we first met. Outrageous. And so funny she even looks older than me.  My hubby even asked me why she called me “ Older Sister “ because she looks older than me ? And if it’s your sick habit, why did you NEVER call my hubby “ OLDER BROTHER” ?  You even talked to my hubby like “The Older Sister has finished injections.”  Are you serious? When we met again in the clinic 2 months later, she also kept calling me “ OLDER SISTER “  instead of my name in front of my hubby. Are you crazy or insane? You are the ugly b. You need to get a life and build some self esteem instead of naming your peer group “ OLDER SISTER”. You are so weird.

Wonderful, caring, highly qualified in all areas. I have been a patient since the practice opened, Dr Shi and her staff are excellent in every way .

Dr June is very nice and caring doctor - she has treated my issue within 2 months. Great practitioner - very thorough and knowledgeble

Have been with Dr Shi for long time, always  caring and warm hearted, definitely recommend to my friends!!!

Terrible and rude service, I'm Asian.

Sometimes may need to wait  a while as doctor does take a longer time with her Chinese patients otherwise she is very good and thorough.
