I have been visiting Dr Donna Henderson in this practise. She is an excellent doctor and a great person.I always get exceptional level of care at this practise. Dr Donna you are doing a great service for the community.

Useless staff.. specially the lady. No sense of compassion.. No time sense.. if you were given an appointment for 9:00, you wont be called untill another 40 minutes.. how can you expect a patient to have patience.. i would rather not go there again..

Terribly rude staff. I have never met reception staff that have absolutely no sense of compassion. Love the doctors hate the administration service I'm often in tears when I talk to the admin staff. Rude rude rude.

Receptionist need more training. Reach there around 11.10 am for an 11.30 appointment. But didn't get any call from the doctor till 12.15pm. Check with the reception and she forgot to add my name in the list. And she didn't even say sorry for the mistake she made. I went there between my work so I cancelled the appointment and gone back to work. Just wasted my time :-(
