Worst clinic I have ever been to. Choose this place because it’s bulk bill and no need out of pocket fees. There are people talking about 2 hours waiting, but for my 5 times visits there are only about 30-60 mins waiting regardless my appointment time. The receptions are not happy, and One of the 60 ish female doctor is really mean. She is one of those people can make you feel hard to breath one you get close to her. We have to make another appointment to fill in private insurance claim form. None of the other 3 clinics and hospitals asked for a separate appointment to just sign the half page form. Don’t go there.

What a joke of a place. 1 hour to wait for an appointment even though I was the second appointment of the day. Then only to be refused authority to have a follow up blood test. I appreciate bulk billing but raise your standards of customer health service Medi 7 Clayton.

Had a booking and came at the exact time. Had to wait for 45 minutes and kept seeing patients coming after me getting priority to see the doctor - queue jumping. Enquired at the counter why this was happening and was told to go back to waiting. Asked for my file to enable me to go somewhere else which respected their customers better and was told no, we cannot, we need written application. Well, I asked for the form and they said they couldn't give it to me, the only person who could provide the form (clinic manager) was not at work that day. Total load of lies and I called it to their face. Their response was to call the police to evict me from the premises. Rude staff who gave preference to patients who did not have an appointment and when they got called on it, their response was to call the police.

Teechnically my basic needs have been serviced by this doctor, and being able to book online is invaluable to me given my anxiety. However, long waits in noisy, tightly packed waiting areas have frequently led to panic attacks and the doctors I saw seemed to have 0 idea about how to handle that. I was also pretty insulted the last time I went in. The doctor I saw asked me about stresses in my life, and because I had no reason to trust her yet with the specifics I gave an incredibly vague response about family stress... she told me to "grow thicker skin". As if she had ANY idea what goes on in my life or what I've been through or how hard I work on my mental health. The last time I had a doctor so insensitive, a doctor who knew I'm bisexual referred me to a biphobic counselling service... this did not feel much better. I never even talked to any of them about my sexual health because I didn't feel comfortable doing so. So yeah I'm gonna be moving on from here. I do not recommend this place if you have anxiety or depression.
