Took me about six weeks to get an appointment (not such a bad thing I guess, means they are in demand) and I was kept waiting well over an hour on the day. The consultation seemed rushed and he recommended surgery which I had misgivings about, so ended up seeking a second opinion, which revealed some non-invasive options worth trying first.
