This place is absolutely disgusting, looks like a hoarders joint. Their method of making money is also disgusting, omitting that there are certain fees until after the appointment and demanding it. $80 fee on Saturday, that’s highway robbery! Doctor I had an appointment for didn’t even see me, some other quack saw me for 5 mins to charge me that ridiculous fee at reception.
I have been going to this practice for 40 years and they are all lovely there the doctors & the receptionist l would highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr George and the rest of the staff both doctors and secretaries are very helpful, patient and caring. Most important, Dr George has helped me tremendously during my difficult times this year and has equipped me with great confidence for a health recovery. I'd like him to know how grateful I'm because of this. Keep up the great work team!!

I've known Dr.George a few years now.... He's very knowledgeable and thorough with each examination... He's on the money every time. Everything you want from your local is exhibited with each visit. Keep up the great work Doc..
Despite the fact that the Doctor was a very nice person and I would say a professional the whole service from the rest of the staff is horrible. And here’s my story .... as an aviation member I have to take medical tests in a yearly basis that usually cost between $220 to $250 and that includes everything. In this case I had to go to other clinics after seeing their doctor at north road because they didn’t have the proper equipment. Not only I had to pay $110 extra this year but I wasn’t told anything when I made the booking either. On top of that the ladies at the reception were extremely rude when I politely tried to explain the whole situation. I didn’t even mention the extra hour waiting to see the doctor because these things happen but of course in this case it was just an extra inconvenience. I wasn’t going to go further with that if they were professional enough to at least understand what happened and apologise at the end instead of being extremely rude to me. This will be reported to CASA. I definitely don’t recommend this place at all and I’m local resident in Oakleigh.
I was going there from 10 years old when he was on the corner of Barkley st and Warragul road in Oakleigh opposite the old Golden Fleece service station now 7/ 11, before he moved to Westgate st and north road in Oakleigh , I’m reading he is still going strong , I thought he retired long time ago, always been a great doctor !
amazing Doctor and great human being. I am52 Yo and Dr Ng has been our family Dr since I was 12 years of age. I would go nowhere else!!!!!!
