Unreliable. I placed an order the day before for a delivery to northern hospital for my father's birthday. They completely forgot about it. He eventually received the delivery at 8pm that night. No apology. This wasn't a cheap order but it was a cheap and unreliable company

It is Christmas Eve and a lovely bubbly lady named Jodi was most happy to assist me with my flower order. She was very good, friendly and accommodating. Wished me Merry Christmas . I had a mental block for my credit card number and was very patient as well whilst I found it again. Thank you Jodie, good service, friendly and delivery today as well just in time for Christmas Day. I was lookin for some flowers to give to my Mum for her birthday and found plenty of fresh flowers and arrangements, I also found the florist very helpful and knowledgable about her craft... Thank you again for your help Jay.
