This place is okay. I came here twice in the past couple of days as I needed some parts for the A/C system. First time, it was for a condensor which Repco and even Toyota no longer stock. The wait time was long as others have mentioned due to everyone being on the phone but after I got service, they found the part pretty quickly. Second time, it was for a pressure switch. This time, the wait was short. They helpfully told me there were three types of switches but none of the two I needed are in stock anymore. They told me to go to Bursons or Repco. Overall, it was an okay experience.
Best place for trades and wholesale. Terrible wait times for any service but that's to be expected when the same guy on the phone is trying to help people out the front. Decent range but not everything is stocked that you'd expect to be.
Really bad customer service. They won’t help you out in anyway shape or form. It comes down to being lazy I think. Too hard to look into my previous invoices and help me re-order the same parts I’ve previously purchased. Thanks for nothing Cool Drive You just like to waste people’s time. Customer service goes a long way. Remember that!
Sorry guy for this review but I gave what u deserve. I had experience with you guys and you very rude. Sorry I do have my few business and know how to talk to customers but you guy totally rude and misbehaving. Now days lots of compilation in every market. So I hope you got as well but then still u keep doing this. You will get what u do with your customer.
I AM SHOCKED AT THE RUDENESS OF 5 STAFF SITTING AT DESKS; 1 ON PHONE ALL AWARE I WAS WAITING; NO ACTION; NO GREETING; RUDE IGNORANT STAFF. WE NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. SOME LESSONS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD GO A LONG WAY.
Good service and friendly staff just took a little long to get my parts but i guess they were busy getting a delivery out.
Quality parts at a great price. They have everything you need. Staff are kind and very professional
