Great new refresh to this store on my last visit.nTeam very helpful instore to assist with my purchase.

After a number of good meals here, last Sundays was very disappointing. Had the special pork ribs, chicken wings and chips. The ribs were cold and the wings had a rock hard crumb which was slightly burnt. Apart from the young barman, staff weren't helpful and managed to make a number of mistakes with the meals for the 12 people in our group

New layout is very good and well signed with the various products in a logical order.  Staff keen to help out. Member benefits helped reduce costs. George was very helpful.

I'm 41 years old. I went to get some bottles for my boss to celebrate the Christmas party with all my coworkers' families. They didn't sell me any alcohol because I was with my boss's son, who wasn't 18. But I was buying the bottles, not him. Minors don't drink alcohol. He came with me just to keep me company. Great job, man. I went to another store and now I'm on my way to the party. You just made me waste about 10 minutes.

Other Dan Murphy's are better. Location is weird to get to. The store set up doesn't make sense. Someone kept insisting on helping me, but somehow made it more difficult to shop...who knows, maybe I was profiled and they wanted to keep an eye on me. Regardless, they couldn't show me where things were and couldn't answer my questions.nEven without the weird customer service, it was not a great set up in the store. Every DM is different, but this one is also not good.nOrder online or go somewhere else.
