Super expensive. Poor quality. And the staff just keep trying to sell you more and more and in reality you don’t need everything they try and get you to take. I had to go back to get winter uniform because they didn’t give us that when we went earlier this year. Another few hundred. Seriously. It’s a joke.nIt’s literally legal robbery. I am going to be writing to the school to change supplier. No name brands and paying top brands prices. A joke.nWill be recommending the school another supplier I know.nBusinesses like this don’t care. As parents, we are a captured audience. Good service bad service, they don’t care. We have to get them from there no matter what. This is what I call a true monopoly

Thank you Steph and Anette for your extraordinary customer service today! It was such a refreshing change to be helped by people who actually care!

My child started high school this year and we have to buy the uniforms here. Although they are always busy, I have found the staff to be always helpful and friendly. Especially Mirella on our last visit, she was an angel.

Very rude staff. Specifically for an exchange of the uniform. We pay high price for uniforms and sometimes uniforms has to be returned unfortunately. But they treated me like i did a crime by returning perfectly new with a tag .

5-Star Review for Mirella at Academy UniformsnnI just want to give a massive shout-out to Mirella at Academy Uniforms. Her service is absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine warmth and politeness, the kind that instantly makes the whole experience easier, especially when you’re buying school uniforms for your kid.nnShe took the time to help me choose the right sizes, made sure everything fit properly, and explained every option clearly without rushing me. Her patience and friendly attitude really stood out. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and wants the kids to be comfortable and ready for school.nnI bought my son’s school uniform through her, and the whole process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. In a world where good customer service is rare, Mirella is a breath of fresh air. She’s professional, kind, and genuinely helpful.nnHighly recommend speaking to her if you need uniforms…she’s an absolute legend.
