If i could give a 0 i would 1 star is to high for this place!!nnThis is the 3rd time I have been here this year and every time the staff have been very rude like they can't be bothered with customers pretty much get ignored when you greet them or just try and make general conversation. You get looked at like your scum don't even get a smile!!nnMy 15 year old daughter won't step foot in the door any more because of the way we get treated.nnDefinitely need new employees or training on customer service.

What an amazing experience. All staff friendly and helpful. The best customer service comes from Mark, thank you again for help and support getting school uniforms over all these years.

It's a highly profitable business. I mean HIGHLY! 2 or 3 staff looking after 100+ customers. Excessive prices, 1 to 2 hour wait. Disgusting business model. If they can't handle the volume of business to accommodate at least some level of customer service, open another shop and share the load.

So frustrated!!! decided to buy online this year to skip the ridiculously long cues I usually have to endure like many of you. One of my items was on back order and I was never informed…. So my order was put on hold. No email nothing… I rang twice last week to ensure that it’s better I come collect what was there as it’s way too late to post with the public holiday tomorrow. The lady said they would hold it for me. They didn’t… they posted it yesterday. Now there’s no way I’ll receive my child’s bag before next week. Stuff like this then the ridiculous one person at a time rule so even if I did go today after work I wouldn’t be seen, is not good enough. Please do better for parents who are already struggling.
